Want to acquire a quick solution for your out of position teeth? Braces are the perfect solution to make the teeth well-aligned once again. If you won’t consider the option of braces, then result would be in the form of tooth decay and gum diseases. Wondering how irregularly positioned teeth can adversely affect you? Eating, speech, and even the natural appearance of your mouth can be adversely affected by this issue. But you are not eligible for all sorts of braces. Consulting a professional orthodontist at Imperial Dental can help you find the right set of braces to straighten your teeth. Like other dental treatments, Imperial Dental also maintains the industry standards by offering a wide range of braces for patients.

How to Find the Right Type of Braces?

Finding the right type of braces that well adjust to your teeth is not something that can be done with your personal choice. We have a dedicated team of seasoned orthodontists to bring you the most appropriate type of braces for your teeth. These available options include:

Invisalign

Many patients are conscious about their appearance after getting braces. If you are one of these individuals, then Invisalign is the right option compared to braces. But your eligibility for this procedure is totally dependent on the recommendation of our Orthodontist. We share all the details and procedure steps with clients to keep them aware of the fine details beforehand.

Why choose Invisalign over conventional braces? Well, the duration of witnessing changes to your teeth with Invisalign is quite long compared to conventional braces. There is no use of fixed brackets or wires in Invisalign.

Conventional Braces

Conventional braces are quite common in dental treatments. They comprise metal or ceramic brackets that are attached to the front of each tooth. A tensioned wire is used to keep the brackets aligned in a specific position. The end result would be well-positioned teeth.

Patients can experience slight pain and discomfort in the first week of putting on the braces. This sensation of pain can be reduced with time. Proper following of recommendations made by professionals can reduce the pain to a large extent.

Internal Lingual Braces

Like conventional braces, internal lingual braces also serve the same purpose. The same brackets and wire are used to straighten the teeth. There are two major differences between the both types of braces. Internal lingual braces are completely hidden as they include the use of brackets on the back of every tooth instead of front. Nobody would witness that you are straightening your teeth. It can surely boost your confidence. Internal Lingual Braces can take a much longer time to properly adjust your teeth in the right position.

Damon Braces

Conventional and Damon braces are almost identical. Conventional braces with a tensioned wire give less movement freedom to teeth. Damon braces have a slightly moveable mechanism for the teeth, giving them less tension and pressure to sustain. Damon braces are also convenient in the sense that they don’t require extractions, unlike conventional braces.
